Do you have a phone number?

Nope! The owls kept chewing the cords. Best to use email. 🦉✨

Can I send you a letter?

We currently don’t accept physical mail! The forest sprites can’t resist stealing pretty envelopes. 🌲✉️

When will you reply?

Within 1–3 business days. If you don’t hear back, check your spam folder; sometimes our replies disguise themselves a little too well.

Can I visit Faewood in person?

Our apothecary is hidden deep in the woodland mists (translation: online only for now).
