Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. (No enchanted elves conjuring refunds in the night either 🧝✨). This ensures the safety and freshness of every potion, balm, and butter.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly work a little Faewood magic to make things right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where we cannot provide a replacement. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
