Processing Time

Every balm, butter, and elixir is handcrafted by me! No factories, no assembly lines, no elves sneaking in at night. Just two hands, a dash of patience, and a sprinkle of Faewood magic. ✨ Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During seasonal launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout if you need your magic quickly

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only. Faewood Apothecary is not responsible for carrier delays once an order leaves our workshop.

Order Tracking

A tracking scroll (well… an email) will be sent once your package has shipped so you can follow its journey.

International Orders

Our fae couriers are still learning the mysterious ways of international customs 🧾✨. Sometimes they succeed, sometimes they get a little lost. If you live outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering so we can see if your parcel can safely make the journey (and what tolls the customs gatekeepers might demand).

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. Faewood Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (with photos) and we’ll help set things right.
